Emergencies

Accessibility of our team

In an emergency, you can reach your therapist at playtime on the cell phone number provided personally or, if necessary, by e-mail.

Emergencies children and adolescents

If you are unable to reach your child’s therapist at playtime, you can contact the KJPP, Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, at any time in psychiatric emergencies involving children and adolescents from the city and canton of Zurich.

The KJPP is available 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays, on +41 58 384 66 66.

Emergencies adult persons

If you are unable to reach your therapist at Spielzeit, please contact the 24-hour emergency psychiatry department of the University Hospital Zurich in the event of a psychiatric emergency.

This is located in the emergency ward of the University Hospital Zurich (access by car possible). You can reach the clinic 365 days a year by telephone at +41 58 384 20 00.
