This can be issued by a family physician or pediatrician and is based on the Swiss PsyTarif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note the following forms:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Order Form<br \/>\n<a class=\"arrow-link\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Aerztliche-Anordnung-1.pdf\">Medical Order Form (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Patient Information Sheet regarding Prescription Model SBAP<br \/>\n<a class=\"arrow-link\" href=\"https:\/\/spielzeit.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Patienten-Informationsblatt-ueber-das-Anordnungsmodell-10_04_50.pdf\"> Prescription Model SBAP (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h4 class=\"accordion-title\">\n            Out-of-Pocket Payment            <span class=\"accordion-arrow\"><\/span>\n        <\/h4>\n        <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n            <p>For parent counseling sessions, as well as in cases where insurance coverage is not an option or is not desired, the rate is CHF 160 per 60 minutes.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h4 class=\"accordion-title\">\n            Disability Insurance (IV)            <span class=\"accordion-arrow\"><\/span>\n        <\/h4>\n        <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n            <p>Young people with certain congenital disabilities are eligible to receive outpatient psychotherapy as a medical treatment until they reach the age of 20\u2014provided that the IV has issued a pre-approval for coverage. Reimbursement is based on the IV collective bargaining agreement (FSP\/BSV). <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h4 class=\"accordion-title\">\n            School-indicated Psychotherapy            <span class=\"accordion-arrow\"><\/span>\n        <\/h4>\n        <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n            <p>In certain cases, psychotherapy is requested by the school or ordered by a court. In such cases, the school district covers the costs upon the parents\u2019 consent. <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h4 class=\"accordion-title\">\n            Therapy Sponsorship            <span class=\"accordion-arrow\"><\/span>\n        <\/h4>\n        <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n            <p>Families with a child who has a disability or neurodiversity and who are facing financial hardship cannot always cover the full cost of necessary treatment on their own. Thanks to donations, our sponsoring foundation, <a href=\"\/?page_id=21#Schweizer-Stiftung\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/spielzeit.ch\/en\/non-profit-status\/#Schweizer-Stiftung\">MLFI<\/a>, makes it possible in such cases to provide care at reduced rates or free of charge. To apply, parents must disclose their financial circumstances and, together with the responsible therapist, submit an application to MLFI.  <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n        <h4 class=\"accordion-title\">\n            Note on Liability for Costs            <span class=\"accordion-arrow\"><\/span>\n        <\/h4>\n        <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n            <p>Please confirm that the costs will be covered before the first appointment. The responsibility for obtaining a valid commitment to cover the costs\u2014whether through a doctor\u2019s order, health insurance, IV, our sponsoring foundation, or another payer\u2014lies with the parents or the child\u2019s legal guardians. Spielzeit assumes no liability for missing or invalid cost coverage.
